IDLoyalty, LLC was founded in January 2008. Our patent #6,070,147 covers the use of driver's license for marketing activities. We are looking for partners who want to utilize this concept to make their marketing programs more effective and make programs easier for the customer to participate and engage in.
We are driven to eliminate unnecessary plastic cards to improve the environment so a portion of our profit will be directly donated to causes that promote a better environment for everyone.
Management Team
- Brent Harms, CEO, President and founder has over 18 years experience in loyalty programs and in managing companies. He previously founded and managed two marketing companies, Mall Marketing Media Inc. and Tecmark, Inc. Brent has a BS from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MBA from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
- Sue Poulsen, VP of Technology has over 15 years of experience in all technical aspects of Domestic and Global Consumer Loyalty programs. Most recently, she was Director of IT, Consumer Loyalty at Carlson Marketing Worldwide. Prior to that she worked in a variety of technical roles for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Sue graduated cum laude from MacMurray College with a BS in Computer Science.
- Cathy Harms VP and founder has worked in loyalty for 5 years and managed an early stage equity fund called Saint Paul Capital Fund for 8 years. Prior to that she managed small business deposit products for USBank. Cathy has a BS from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MBA from Carlson School of Management.
- John Bergstrom, Board Chairman and founder is an active board member utilizing his finance and organizational skills to launch the company. John has been a director of numerous publicly-traded and privately-held companies and has been involved with public offerings, private placements, as well as merger and acquisition transactions. He often serves on board compensation, audit or governance committees.
- Jim Joyce is Business Development Manager at IDLoyalty, responsible for customer acquisition. Jim has been selling business and consumer services for over 20 years including customer loyalty, sales and distributor incentive programs, consumer promotions and PR/communication services for companies such as Carlson Marketing Group, Business Wire and ARAnet. Jim graduated with a BA from the University of Minnesota and has been actively involved with industry trade associations such as ITME, PRSA and NIRI.
- Eric Ramberg is Business Development Manager at IDLoyalty, responsible for customer acquisition and key account management. Eric has held senior management positions at Carlson Marketing Group, John Ryan Company and Interlock Structures, where he was responsible for new business development, marketing and customer experience innovation. Eric’s career has included directing the design and implementation of award winning retail spaces, development and delivery of complex solutions in the business services, performance improvement and consumer loyalty space, and organizational improvement of manufacturing, design and logistics functions. Eric will receive his BA from Metropolitan State University in Fall 2009.
